My journey in the food & beverage industry began at just 15 years old, when I got my first job as a cashier. I quickly discovered my passion for operations, leadership, and helping businesses grow. Over the course of more than two decades, I worked my way up through multiple leadership roles, including General Manager, District Manager, New Store Opening Manager, Marketing Manager, and the head of Regional Training & Development.

Throughout my career, I partnered with various food, beverage and hospitality organizations as a consultant, helping businesses improve operations, strengthen teams, and create efficient systems. That experience inspired me to create RES — a company built to provide businesses with the support and expertise they need to succeed.

Today, RES has expanded into a network of certified consultants and industry professionals who specialize in supporting businesses in multiple areas. We understand that running a business is challenging, and our mission is to help make that process easier and more efficient.
